I want to buy a MacBook. I thought about buying a MacBook Pro 13" 2020 32GB i7 (10-th gen), but then Apple announced their ARM processors. Should I wait and go for an ARM MacBook?

Yes, just wait till tomorrow and let's see what Apple announces. I'm doing the same.
I doubt they will present it tomorrow. There are rumors about the November presentation that will likely reveal Macbook Pro on ARM.
