Good luck, Della - be proud of what you know, not scared about all of the things you don't. There will always be a million things you have no idea about. I know that's true for me. Having a set of things you do know, and using those things to make stuff, and keep learning more adjacent things to keep pushing yourself, is the way to succeed in my experience.
Thanks, I really needed to hear that. I appreciate it.
Good luck!
Thank you !
Wishing you all the best!
i wish you good luck!
Thank you !
Good luck Della! Can't wait to see your developments within and at 100 days!
Thank you !
Good luck!
I encourage you to use AI for coding and learning. You can learn much faster while building and having tons of fun at the same time. I used to be skeptical about it, but since then I’ve increased my learning speed by ten times.
Can you teach us how you actually did that? i also want to use ai to learn and build and not watching endless tutorials
Thanks Richard! I am starting with Javascript from 33jsconcepts.com/ - I find it very informative and easy to follow. For more reading about any specific topic I go to MDN docs. Also 33jsconcepts.com/ has links to other resources for each concepts for more reading.
Thanks for the welcome thread link!
Good luck Della! I look forward to following your learning journey.
Thank you !
You got this! I'm also learning front end development.
Hey man, I plan to do the same. Except I was thinking of publishing my learnings to my own site. I haven't started yet though. I will start from tomorrow! Good to Luck to you!
Good luck to you too..
Yeah i do this every day, my life is changing day by day.
First, good luck to you, Della. As right now AI is exploding and you're really brave to follow this path.
As I am just like you, trying to be better each day, I would share my plan if you can see something good from that. About the roadmap, I would follow roadmap.sh, they have a projects tab, which they list project requirements, suggestions, tech stack. So you can not only learn the theory but can hand on practice. And after 100 days, if you try hard, you would have a full set portfolio to show. About the DSA, I would do daily problem from leetcode.com/, they have problems from easy to hard, and one problem everyday. I don't think you would spend too much time on DSA, so remember to limit your time doing that. At the end of the day, write down what you learn.
Moreover, take advantages from AI, don't let them code for you, don't tell them to give you solution, but ask them to review, give feedbacks. While you might don't have, or don't want to have someone go through your code, AI would do that very well. Learn from feedback is the best way to improve.
Enjoy coding and see you on the road ✌️
The roadmap will help you achieve your goals within a set timeframe. It allows you to mark what you have achieved each day and track your progress, so you can avoid getting bogged down.
Good luck!
Good Luck, Della!
Wishing all the best. The dev journey that I started 4 years ago has been a blast.
Good luck, Sister! I'm under the average of most devs tho.
I'm with you.
