Re...
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
you used Ai to write that, didn't you.
Yeah i mean 2 people do seem like they talk like AI you being one of them but whatever! If your not thats fine it's just you remind me of an AI! Thats all
I’ve noticed some hesitation or criticism around people using AI tools for writing, and I want to share a perspective that often gets overlooked.
For those of us who are neurodivergent—like myself—tools like AI aren’t shortcuts; they’re essential aids. I’m autistic, and while that gives me a unique technical mindset, it can also make communication challenging in traditional formats. I use AI to help adapt my tone, clarify my message, and present my thoughts in a way that others can better understand. It’s not about replacing my voice, it’s about amplifying it.
Dismissing the use of AI in writing as “cheating” ignores how valuable it is as an accessibility tool. That would be like criticizing someone for using glasses to read. The key isn’t the tool—it’s the intent. I build ethical, intelligent systems that defend against threats—and yes, sometimes I sound a little robotic too, because that’s how I think.
Let’s support people who use tools to communicate more effectively, especially when it helps them share ideas the world needs to hear.
Compared to my original....(only here to demonstrate why some of us use it)
What is your issue with people using AI to write? I have quite severe Austism, so when writing public documents I regularly use AI to adapt my tone, message for clarity and so much more.
Stop being a dinosaur and realise that AI can actually assist people, what matters is the intent a user has just like any other peice of software.
Your comment is like attacking someone who need to wear glasses to type and you are attacking a form of assitstance and will inturn for people like myself attack their disability. The very disability that gave me the brains to develop highly advanced programs in the first place, and guess what I to can sound like an AI at times due to the way I process information.
Can you make me an admen
Just because you and AI sound the same is no grounds to dismiss it, thats just codswhallop, sorry but it's true. If anything having the same command of langauge as an AI you should be flattered, these are the Einsteins of langauge, LLM understand it at a level most humans will never draw near. So when someone calls you an AI have pride in yourself and say 'Thank-you'
It's like a mathematician being offended by a calculator, as they both do perfect maths but means normal people can do their own accountacy.
How you percieve a comment is entirely a relfection on yourself and not the author, they wrote the words but you interpretted them.
You 100% used AI on that post. You switched it to me using AI?
Also, you sound literally exactly like AI. If I asked chatGPT to "write me a paragraph explaining that I am upset that someone accused me of using AI" that's exactly what it would say. (on a blank profile)

Hey all.
Just joined and was looking at a post about ai tools and n8n.
I figured I should join and snoop around some. I have seen this site lately in my Google Chrome scroll when I open a new tab and I've liked the content.
Does anyone have experience with n8n and api? I have been working on trying to link to a crm I use at work (service fusion) and although I can see that n8n is credentialed properly and linked and the workflow actually does pick the right tool (sub work flow the ai can call as a tool) and sends an api request and subsequently obtains a response, it is not exactly what is being asked of it.
Something is not correct and I cannot find the proper tutorial, article, info, etc. I have tried discussing this with several different AIs at length to just run around in circles with no progress.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
@javeethicalsoftware I feel where you're coming from about the AI helping you to translate what you really mean. My brother is autistic and while he may not express himself how I know he wants to, I know exactly what hes feeling and means by what hes saying. It's difficult for some people to understand. Hes extremely smart but communication is not easy for him always.
Hi

Hey everyone,
I'm Ventsi - software developer of quite some time now. Passionate about developing and strangely but social media marketing. I used to have an account here but can't remember the email sooo , here we are again.
Hey everyone, great to be here!
Cybersecurity analyst by day, AI solopreneur by night.
My current obsession is building practical, revenue-generating AI agents with Python (FastAPI, Ollama) and Next.js. I'm moving past the 'hello world' of AI and into the messy reality of productizing local LLMs—finding real business use cases, solving data problems, and actually building things people will pay for.
Excited to be here to share that journey and learn from others who are also at the intersection of code and commerce.
Hey everyone! I’m Ali, I recently joined dev.to and just published my first article: Imposter Syndrome Isn’t Just Annoying. It’s Dangerous.

👋 Hi everyone! I’m Jangmeet Singh Randawa from India, and I’m excited to be part of this awesome community!
What brought me here? I recently started a cement related platform to help people in India find accurate, regional cement prices. I’m learning how to combine web development, data tracking, and design to make this kind of info more accessible — especially for local builders and homeowners.
A fun fact about me: I love mixing concrete and code — whether it’s crafting a good cement ratio or a responsive web layout. 😄
Looking forward to learning from you all and saying hi to more new folks next week! 👷♂️💻

Hi everyone
I'm Emmanuel, a web designer, tech enthusiast, studying Software Development at the moment, ultimately eyeing devops engineering, just want to get to know guys in same career path and network to start a project.
Hi! I'm Silje🖐 I'm currently working on my dream of creating my own apps and games 🎮 All while having a full time job as a software engineer, a toddler, a big garden-project and a house that we are remodeling 👩💻👶🌳🏚 It's not enough time for even half of those 🕰🫠 Still, I really want to take small steps to get closer to my dream 🌟
At the moment, the app I am slowly creating is a dream-aligned todo app ☀️ One that helps you keep track of all your todos, but also nudges you to focus on or prioritize tasks that gets you closer to your life dreams ❤️🔥 By defining your life dreams, 90d goals, plan your week, do reviews, keep track of your tasks, projects and habits, within your categories of life. That is my vision at least ⛅️ Without being greedy. I just want to make the things I am missing in the world 🌎
Anyways, nice to meet you all! 😊

👋 Hey there, fellow devs!
I'm Rishi, a curious mind exploring the intersection of data, creativity, and automation. By day, I'm a junior data scientist at a tech company, crunching numbers and building smart solutions. By night (and whenever inspiration strikes), I’m a tinkerer and toolmaker, constantly finding ways to automate the boring stuff in life—because why not let machines handle the mundane?
🧠 A Bit About Me
With a background in AI and computer science, I love diving into messy problems and emerging with clean, automated systems that just work. Whether it's a small script to speed up a task or a dashboard that reveals patterns no one saw coming, I’m all about working smarter.
🎮 Passion Project Alert!
Currently, I'm pouring my creative energy into building my own game—a personal dream that blends tech, storytelling, and design. It’s still a work in progress, but every bug squashed is a step closer to something epic.
🌱 What's Next?
This space is where I’ll share cool experiments, behind-the-scenes of my game dev journey, tips on automation, and lessons from life in data science. Stick around—things are about to get interesting.
Hello :)
i’m 18 years old and trying to improve myself as much as i can in software development i’m not someone who writes perfect code from scratch most of the time i work through github copilot i usually know what needs to be done but i often describe it to copilot and let it handle the actual code currently i’m building an open source alternative compression tool called pagonic though the name might change later on instead of focusing on just code itself i care more about how the system works its performance the testing infrastructure and memory usage user experience also matters to me it’s not enough for something to just work it has to feel clean and right i’m kind of obsessed with improvement even if it's just a few mb/s faster i might spend days chasing it i try to keep things structured and organized but sometimes i go fully improvised as well i’ve shared a post on my profile about what i’ve been through while building this project feel free to check it out if you're curious

Hi everyone!
I'm Sami Ullah Khattak from Pakistan.
I'm passionate about technology and love to explore, learn, and practice new things. My path is simple: explore → learn → practice → grow.
I have expertise in full-stack development, with backend experience in Python and frontend development using JavaScript. I’ve worked with frameworks like Flask and DevExtreme, and have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, a powerful open-source database.
I’m currently working on ERP projects. One of the most valuable experiences I had was working on a project that was left incomplete—it taught me a lot.
These days, I'm working with Odoo, developing custom modules. I’ve also built a Salesforce–Odoo connector that fetches Salesforce reports and displays them in Odoo. Additionally, I’ve developed mobile apps and web scrapers using Python and React Native.
Explaining myself in words sometimes feels awkward, but if you’ve made it this far, feel free to say hi—here, on Google, or on LinkedIn. I’d love to connect and share ideas with like-minded people.
And hey, if you're someone who wants to collaborate, learn, or even just chat—I’m here, and I won’t let your time go to waste 😊
Regards,
Sami Ullah Khattak
Hi everyone,
I'm currently a systems engineer at ISRO, working on satellite operations, telemetry pipelines, and automation tooling. Over time, I found myself more drawn to the software and data side of things — building tools that solve real-world operational problems.
I’ve been shifting into software development with a focus on:
Rust (systems programming, safe concurrency)
Go and Python (for backend scripting and tools)
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) for dashboards and web apps
Machine Learning — I’ve worked on ML projects involving satellite imagery, object detection, and telemetry anomaly classification
That said, I often feel like my stack is too broad and not deep enough, so I’m now slowing down and going deeper, trying to master one layer at a time.
I’ll be sharing what I learn here , including lessons from Rust, backend work, ML experiments, and the mistakes I learn from.
If you have any insights or advice that can help me along the way, I’d really appreciate it. I’m also open to connecting with anyone getting into open-source development , that’s one of my main goals going forward.
Looking forward to learning and growing with the community.
Hello, I'm HUGUE,
I'm here for help because I had to register on discord and do different types of linking with bot-hosting. And levanter-delta so I'm looking for DEPLOYMENT CODE To create a WhatsApp bot. Thank you for your support.
Hi!
I'm Jesús Bosch, a simple guy born in a small town in Catalonia. I have built multiple companies (tried more), some of them related to gaming, and sold one of them to a private equity fund (which was a remarkable life experience).
After selling my business a few years ago, I currently live near Barcelona, one of the most beautiful cities I have experienced in my life (please prove me wrong if you think otherwise). I am leading the spanish branch of an international company in Barcelona while I'm enrolled in a Bachelor's in Data Science at UNIR.
And that last thing is what brought me here... I don't aim to teach anything to anybody... but I like to "document" my learnings along the way and if that is good to someone great, if not... also great! (but I will do my best to publish useful content)

Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Dmytro—co-founder of JobCompass.
My friend and I are bootstrapping it after watching talented friends get laid off and disappear into ATS black holes. JobCompass scores how well your LinkedIn matches a job post and pinpoints the hiring manager so you can skip the queue 💼➡️🎯.
I’m all about career-tech, data scraping, and AI that actually helps people land roles instead of just generating noise 🤖. If you’re geeking out on job-search tooling, growth tactics for bootstrapped products, or ways to make networking less awkward, let’s connect! 🌱
Fun fact: My career started in coffee roasting—I still judge every café by the sound of its cooling tray and the aroma of a good first crack ☕🔥.
Excited to learn from the community and trade ideas. See you around! 😊
Hello everyone! I'm Sri Hari
I'm currently pursuing a Masters in AI at the University of Edinburgh. I try to build projects that are quite uncommon and application-driven, in topics such as PyTorch, NLP, RAG and so on.

👋 Hello, Dev Community
Hi everyone 👋
I’m here not just to build things —
but to design what the next era could look like. 🔱
I believe in a world where technology empowers people beyond borders,
where design serves purpose, and where creation means evolution.
I’m especially drawn to: vextor7.com
🧠 AI that understands intention
🌍 Systems that don’t rely on central control
🪐 Tools that feel like magic, but are built with reason
This is just the beginning.
I’m here to learn, build, and connect — with those who also believe that we’re not just using the future,
but actually shaping it.
Let’s make something timeless together. 🙏
I am pre-final year undergrad, want to connect with those who want to grow together, I don't know how but we can try if anything could happen.
Btw I am very much interested in developing the website(s) and app(s) of some real importance.
Hey everyone!
I'm Timi, a data engineer diving into a six-month, hands-on sprint to mix product strategy with the code I already write.
Who am I?
I untangle messy data and turn it into facts that steer business decisions. I'm also the friend who tracks every NBA box score, because basketball and math are the perfect double-header. More than that, I build quiet tools that lift real headaches off the people who use them.
What I'm building:
NBA Analytics Platform: historical breakdowns, fresh player stats, and shot charts you can actually read.
Real-Time Stock Market Analytics: steaming pipes, on-the-fly alerts, and the occasional ML model decent people pray was trained right.
AI-Powered Sports Predictions: an explainable dashboard that walks you through every forecast like a coach reviewing the film.
My expanding toolkit:
Solid in Python, SQL, and AWS; stacking Kafka, Spark, XGBoost, and MLflow on top. More important, I'm cracking open the playbook on user interviews, roadmap trade-offs, and plain language that keeps engineers and customers in the same huddle.
I'm here to drop plain, step-by-step guides, show you real projects, and note everything that blew up or actually worked.
I'm also logging my shift from just writing code to mixing engineering know-how with a bit of product sense.

Hi Friends,
I came to dev.to accidentally after reading kubernetes sketch notes by Aurelie Vache. Being a back end developer (micro services in Python FAST API and Golang) I was always fascinated by the way K8S is handling all my pods life cycle, load balancing and networking. Vache has done an impressive work which helps K8S understanding in very simple way to the common man like me. I hope I will get lot of such resources on my other interests AI an ML.
@aurelievache's notes are the best!!
