I want to shift my whole website related to Gothic Pants Mens that is currently on wordress into custom php because of the speed issue. I hire experience wordpress developer top reduce page loading speed from 10 sec to 3 sec but they did not full criteria. How much time will require ?
I don't want to change in theme, need exactly on custom.
