Challenge with connection Chat GPT to Telegram Bot

Hi everyone, have a small task that i can't understand
I have telegram bot and i connected Chat GPt throw this service but when i decide to write something i received this

My bot now u can check a well

I just a beginner in this and don't know a lot but want understand how it works

Hi @dima_kurlov, as Accreditly has mentioned, you might need to check your billing dashboard to review your usage.

That's an error returned from the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API. You either haven't set up your billing account, or you have and you've run out of credits or hit your hard budget cap
