I was/am studying library and information science and last year I got my 6-month internship (which was required for getting my degree).

It had to do with records management and I worked at a warehouse. My duties included unstapling, scanning and assigning names to phone contracts of a large telecom company.

I got so tired of doing the same repetitive stuff everyday. Meanwhile, I had already begun studying web development on my own.

Due to feeling that I was wasting my time/skills doing repetitive stuff I "swore" that I would not do this kind of work again after these six months.

So after the internship I went all in in my web development studies at home and managed to get a 3 month training in a tech company which ended up hiring me after the three months.

Dunno if I will ever get my degree though. 😅
