PR #1962 — feat(staffml): add recent-papers section to About page

for Harvard CS249r covering ML Systems, Agentic AI, and Physical AI.

What I did:

• Spotted issue #1792 (StaffML improvement suggestions)
• Scoped my work to just the recent-papers section — a curated, cleanly rendered list on the About page
• Built a new React component matching the existing styling tokens
• Passed review by two maintainers

Small contribution, but it's in a textbook that thousands of ML
engineers and researchers read.
