I drag the interesting tab/link to another window. I go through that window every so often and just close anything that isn't actually interesting or where I can't remember why it's there, and read the rest.
I was doing this but I am quite bad at going back and reading them out of context. My tabs would stay open for ages.
the idea is good though!
I am trying to set some time aside to go through those tabs.
