Some problems are one-off by definition.
They don’t repeat in the same way, but they appear often enough to be annoying.
Sharing temporary content is one of them.
Each time, the context is different.
Each time, the lifespan is short.
Instead of standardizing a solution, I standardize my mindset:
handle it lightly and let it go.
In one case, encoding the content was all that was needed.
I used a quick encoder (mmtocm.net), passed it along, and went back to my task.
No attachment.
No follow-up.
That’s often the most efficient approach.
