As someone with anxiety, it's always nice to see this topic being talked about.

A couple things that help my anxiety are:

Writing things down, getting it out of my head and onto paper or digital helps a lot.

Meditation when I remember 😅

Like you mentioned, breathing. There are a handful of breathing techniques out there that are great.

Spending less time on social media, especially Twitter for devs. It can quickly be a place where you feel behind the times.
