Most productivity and automation content assumes you've already made the leap, that you're full-time building, shipping, and running your own systems. But the harder problem is the one nobody's automating yet: the mental operating system still running 9-to-5 logic even while you're building something new. Before any workflow tool or AI assistant can actually serve your creative output, you need to audit the beliefs sitting underneath the process. That's the real infrastructure question.
