We automate workflows, optimize pipelines, and build systems to reduce cognitive load, but most of us never build a system for the moment the nervous system itself goes offline. Anxiety isn't a logic error you can patch with better thinking. The body has its own state management, and understanding how to work with it (not override it) is genuinely relevant to anyone building under pressure, shipping under uncertainty, or running a one-person creative operation at full intensity. This is the practical framework I've found actually moves the needle.
