Having long thoughts on implementing digital will and digital inheritance with smart contract.
In your opinion, if these can be someday legally bonded, what would be the best way to implement or even replace traditional will writing?
There are just too many digital assets that are deemed lost in limbo due to misplaced private keys or even during the owner's passing. Is there a more effective to be able to pass your hard-earned crypto assets even NFTs to your next of kin?
Is a smart contract able to verify and securely transfer crypto assets when we kick the bucket?
