Not at all. Surely, might reference other comments and technical solutions. But never checked this book. I do not believe that writing an article with the same title constitutes content plagiarism.

Again, not at all. Never seen this book and never paid to buy this kind of book because already fully experience with that. If you professional developer, you will have to learn more if that's small things or improvement. It is not the attitude of the developer to slander others without basis.

I found where all the examples are coming from : here.
This website is a complete rip off of Martin Fowler Book (it can be legal since they can pay royalties to Martin) . And you just took it from them. Even the images of your article are coming from this website.
