i stopped building a team. i hired agents instead. (82% OSWorld benchmark)

six months ago i was looking at job boards trying to hire ops people.
the interviews, the onboarding, the training, the turnover. it was exhausting.

then i found out about computer-using AI agents. not chatbots. actual agents that log into apps, click buttons, fill forms, run workflows. like a real employee sitting at a computer.

the tool i use is Coasty. it scored 82% on OSWorld - that's the industry benchmark for computer-using AI. no one else is at that level right now.

here's what my setup looks like now:

  • agent pulls data from CRM every Monday, formats a report, emails it to clients. no Zapier. no VA.
  • agent monitors mentions, drafts responses, posts updates. runs on a schedule.
  • agent logs into tools, fills out forms, handles the repetitive stuff i used to pay people for.

you're not buying software. you're hiring a digital worker. and it doesn't call in sick.

if you want to see what this actually looks like in practice, there are already a ton of demos at https://coasty.ai/results
