As soon as purchasing the “WİNNEN GmbH” - GERMANY on 1996 Yegin become owner of the companies WİBOTEX S.A & S.S.C. S.A. in Sfax - Tunisia.

We re-invested, re-employeed all 420 Tunisien co-workers and contributed to sustainable development between 1996-2000. (Until forcefull occupation by U.G.T.T.) on 15.02.2000. Although YEGİN group deserves RECOGNİTİON and medal of honour for re-employing all 420 Tunisien workers unfortunately in a manner incompatible with the national & international obligations of the state our companies encountered violation of rule of law. The summary of self explicative reports, official and scanned documents proves and describes the relevant information regarding the unfortunate dispute. You may come to conclusion, as we rightly have,that there could be a conspiracy, consequently they pushed our companies to manufactured bankcruptcy.
ADVOCATES OF JUSTİCE should do everything possible to eradicate corruption. This attached sad experience shows how inter-related & relationship between corruption and poverty.
