# Premise:

I bought this Kindle Paperwhite 5 (with ads) during Amazon Prime Day, but I don't use it often because it's mostly English books. So I just left it there, but one day when I wanted to read, I found the following problem:

# Problem: Cannot Charge

The status shown in this picture, and it cannot be charged. I searched the internet for related results, and some solutions were mentioned:

# Solution:

- Never use a charging adapter to charge (even if you have the original adapter)
- Use the computer's USB to charge slowly (it will take a long time, but it works!)
