How to Track Body Recomposition When the Scale Isn't Moving

Body recomposition, gaining muscle and losing fat at roughly the same time, produces one of the most frustrating patterns in fitness tracking: the scale barely moves for months while the mirror and your clothes tell a completely different story. Here's how to actually measure what's happening instead of trusting a number that's structurally blind to it.
