Copy Page Setup from One Sheet to Others:
- You need to activate the worksheet that contains page setup settings that you want to copy to other worksheets.
- Then, on the Kutools Plus Tab, select the Printing option, choose the Copy Page Setup option from the menu.
- It will open the Copy Page Setup Dialog Box.
- The left pane of this dialog box shows the list of worksheets that contain the page setup settings that you want to copy to other sheets or the whole workbook.
- In the right pane of the dialog box has shown all the page setup settings of the current or active worksheet. It displays all the page settings like page setup attributes, margin attributes, header/footer attributes, and sheet setup attributes. You can check them to enable these attributes.
- If there are some page setup settings that you don’t want to copy to other worksheets, then you can uncheck them.
- Finally, click the OK button to copy and apply the page setup to other worksheets.
- You can see that all the worksheets you selected will have the same page setup. You can move to the preview page setup of each worksheet by clicking View Tab, select the Page Layout option.
