Steps to Delete All Sheets Except Current/Active One from the Workbook:

To delete all sheets except the current or active sheet from the workbook in Excel, do as follows.

  • You need to activate the sheet that you want to keep in the workbook.
  • Then, go to the Kutools Plus Tab, select the Worksheet option, choose Delete All Inactive Sheets from the menu.

  • Now, Kutools for Excel dialog box will be popped out to tell you whether you want to delete all sheets except the active sheet, you need to click the OK button.

  • After clicking the Ok button, it will delete all the sheets in the workbook except the active sheet.

Added Information:

  • You cannot use undo to recover the deleted sheets from the workbook.
  • So, you need to back up the current workbook or click track a snap option for the current workbook before applying this feature in Kutools.
