Right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar:

If you want to use the Camera tool instantly, you have to create a shortcut to access the camera tool. To do this, follow the below instructions.

• You have to right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar and then select Customize the Ribbon option from the menu.

Now, the customize ribbon window will appear on your screen and do the following things.

Select Customize Ribbon:

• It will land on the Excel Options window.
• In that dialog box, choose the Customize Ribbon option on the left pane of the window.

Select All Commands:

• Now, you need to select All Commands option under the Choose commands from section using the drop-down option.

Choose the Camera Option:

• Now, you need to select the Camera option from the list.

• You have to Select the Main Tabs option from the drop-down menu under Customize the Ribbon section.

Click Home or any other section:

• Now, you have to select Home or any other section as you wish.

Create a New Group:

• Then, you need to click the New Group button.
• It will add the New Group option to the list of Home option.

Rename the New Group:

• Then, click the Rename button.
• It will open the Rename dialog box , you have to rename the option and click the Ok button.

Click Rename

Hit the Ok button:

• Now, you need to click the Add button then choose the Camera option.
• Finally, hit the Ok button.
• Now, the Camera will be added to the command bar in Excel.
