Convert Text to Numbers:
To convert text to numbers in the spreadsheet, follow the below steps.
- Firstly, you need to select a range that contains the text.
- On the Kutools Tab, select the Content option, choose the Convert between Text and Number option from the menu.
- It will open the Convert between Text and Number Dialog box.
- In that dialog box, you need to select the Text to Number option and click the OK button.
- Now, you can see that the text values have been converted to numbers as shown in the below screenshot.
Steps to Convert Numeral to Text:
If you want to convert numbers into text values, do the below steps.
- You need to select a range that contains the text.
- On the Kutools Tab, select the Content option, choose the Convert between Text and Number option from the menu.
- It will open the Convert between Text and Number Dialog box.
- In that dialog box, you need to select the Number to Text option and click the OK button.
- Now, you can see that the numbers have been converted to text values as shown in the below screenshot.
