Create AWS bedrock knowledgebase via API

Hi,

I try to achieve a thing so i can create Amazon Bedrock Knowledge bases in AWS from my external application. I found some Api documentation online at aws docs, but i have no clue about any endpoint url. Is it even possible to create a knowledge base and assign datasources to it from an external application?
