I all for my first post in DEV i will need your help.
In the next days i will be in charge of the migration of all our software project (more than 15 years of development) from svn to git. This will be a big change and a lot of work.
So I open a thread here to get advice form your if you have already experience this type of migration to get this project a success and not a highway to hell.
