In the face of contemporary debates on equality, this article attempts to clarify the conceptual chaos surrounding gender in the labor market. The analysis focuses on deconstructing the biological determinism that often serves as a convenient justification for inequality. The author also examines corporate DEI strategies, pointing out that they often become mere tools for optimizing profits rather than truly transforming the structure of employment. Through the lens of mindshaping and socialization, the article sheds new light on the mechanisms that shape our perception of social justice, encouraging deeper reflection on the architecture of the labor market and the need for systemic changes in our approach to life reproduction and professional roles.
