GetMattered applies to jobs on the employer's own hiring system. The question developers ask first is how it decides an application landed.

A click on submit is a weak signal. The request can fail after the button, or a required field can come back empty, and the page still looks finished. So GetMattered marks an application as sent only on evidence the employer's side produced: a confirmation email from the employer, or the employer's own page saying the submission was received. That evidence is saved with the application, and the user opens it from the tracker.

It runs across 30+ hiring systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and iCIMS. Each application gets a resume rewritten for the role and a cover letter written for that posting.

The free account has job matching and resume tools and needs no card. Sending applications is on the paid plans.
