Practice is one of the best teachers

I had many doubts about the usefulness of the practice, especially because I didn’t feel like copying other people’s code line by line.
But since I transcribe line by line, the things I had studied made sense and very quickly the code began to make sense.
So I began to feel the courage to modify it to try to
change things to do them differently.
step by step the logic behind the code becomes clear, I think transcribing quality code helps you understand how to write code yourself. What do you think about it ? what is your experience?
