We can't do anything. I tried calling DHL ecommerce and mentioned about showing up of "invalid tracking number", but it was of no use. They said contact your merchant and try getting a new tracking number. I even mailed Kotis design, but didn't get any reply from them. So, most probably our parcel is lost somewhere and so, we won't receive it anyways.
Nope... But since 13 days my shipping details was not getting updated even till now it hasn't been updated, it's showing currently it's in Delhi though i got my product in North East... My product got delivered by Post office....
A Coding for me will have to bring an enthusiastic works for this real world. A love in adventuring, learning and understanding the things are eagerly waiting.
Has your tracking number expired ? If so, then mail Kotis design regarding the same with proper screenshots... They will setup a new code for you to redeem

Oh okay ! Even my shipping details weren't updated for a month and all of the sudden, it started showing that tracking id is invalid.

Kindly mail Kotis Design and tell them the issue and ask for updates again. Yesterday, I received new code for placing the order once again.
