Most WordPress AI plugins add one isolated feature.
They may generate text, provide a chatbot or connect an external language model to the editor. The user still needs to move between different plugins, dashboards and SaaS platforms to manage the rest of the business.
GOMAX Ultimate takes a different approach.
It creates a WordPress-native operating layer where selected AI systems can understand the website, access approved capabilities, monitor business activity and perform controlled work.
The interface shown inside WordPress is not simply a collection of manual settings. It is the control centre behind the AI operator.
The site owner defines:
which AI system may connect,
what it is allowed to read,
what it may change,
which operations require approval,
what business goals it should support,
and which actions must remain unavailable.
The connected AI then works through those boundaries.

Two layers of control inside WordPress
The GOMAX Ultimate interface is divided into two complementary areas.
The main dashboard tabs provide operational control over agents, workflows, publishing, permissions and business data.
The dedicated GOMAX workspace menu provides access to the wider AI operating environment, including:
Getting Started
Agent Console
Inbox
Social Connections
Blocks
AI Connect through MCP
Canvas
Media Optimizer
AI Brain
Mission Control
Social Engagement
User Guide
Together, these modules turn WordPress from a passive content management system into an active operating environment for AI-assisted and autonomous work.
Getting Started: connect an AI operator to WordPress
The Getting Started area introduces the connection process.
A Custom GPT can be connected through:
selected Tool Access permissions,
WordPress authentication,
dedicated operating instructions,
GOMAX Playbooks,
and a compact OpenAPI schema.
The Playbooks are important because they provide operational procedures rather than forcing the model to guess how the website should be managed.
They explain how the AI should approach tasks such as:
changing WordPress content,
managing WooCommerce,
editing Elementor structures,
selecting safe tools,
verifying completed work,
and avoiding dangerous shortcuts.
GOMAX also provides a separate MCP connection path for systems such as Claude, ChatGPT and Codex. Custom GPT Actions and MCP are two different connection methods, but both use the same controlled WordPress capability layer.
The purpose is not merely to connect a chatbot. The purpose is to connect an AI operator that understands how it should work inside this specific WordPress environment.
Agent Console: talk to the business behind the website
The Agent Console provides a conversational interface grounded in the website’s own information.
Instead of answering only from a generic language model, the agent can use available business context such as:
published content,
website structure,
products,
orders,
leads,
goals,
site-health information,
and stored business knowledge.
This allows the owner to ask operational questions such as:
What should we improve next?
Which part of the WooCommerce journey needs attention?
What content should be refreshed?
Are there unresolved site-health problems?
Which business goal is currently behind schedule?
The Agent Console is therefore not just another frontend chatbot. It is the conversational control surface for the website and the business activity connected to it.
Inbox: one place for website communication
The GOMAX Inbox combines different types of incoming activity into one interface. Depending on the enabled integrations, this can include:
website chat conversations,
form submissions,
leads,
comments,
voice-assistant conversations,
and email-related activity.
Instead of checking multiple plugins independently, the owner can review communication from one operating layer. This also gives the AI operator a clearer view of what visitors and customers are asking.
Questions, objections and repeated support requests can become useful signals for content planning, product improvements, FAQ updates, customer support and lead qualification.
Social Connections: connect WordPress directly to external platforms
The Social Connections module allows the website to connect with supported social and publishing platforms. The current system includes direct or configurable connection paths for services such as:
Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord,
Facebook, Instagram, Slack, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, Threads, TikTok,
Dev.to, Hashnode,
and external webhook-based services.
When configured, published WordPress content can be distributed to selected channels. The AI can prepare platform-specific captions rather than copying the same text everywhere. The original website remains the primary content source, while social platforms become distribution channels.
This removes the need to manually copy every article into several separate applications. It also avoids forcing the website owner into a single proprietary social publishing SaaS. Credentials remain connected through the website’s own configuration or the selected integration provider.
GOMAX Blocks: AI-ready page sections
GOMAX Blocks provides a visual section library for building WordPress pages. The system includes reusable sections such as hero layouts, feature grids, social-proof sections, pricing layouts, connection strips, calls to action, and other structured page components.
The blocks are designed around art-direction systems rather than isolated styling decisions. A selected visual direction can influence colours, contrast, spacing, typography, corner treatment, cards and layout behaviour.
This allows the AI or site owner to build pages from controlled components without generating an unpredictable design from scratch. The aim is to combine AI flexibility with a consistent visual system.
AI Connect: built-in MCP access
AI Connect provides the MCP connection layer for external AI systems. Instead of sharing the main WordPress password, the site owner can create a separate connection token. The token can be assigned one of three scopes:
Read
The connected agent may inspect available information but cannot modify the website.
Write
The agent may read, create and update data, but destructive operations remain unavailable.
Admin
The token may include destructive operations when they are explicitly required.
A token can also be bound to a specific WordPress user. This creates two separate permission boundaries:
the token scope,
the capabilities of the selected WordPress user.
The token is designed not to exceed either boundary. For example, an AI connection could receive write access while acting as an Editor rather than an Administrator.
Connection usage can be monitored, and a token can be revoked when it is no longer required. This is a more controlled model than providing an AI system with permanent unrestricted administrator credentials.
Canvas: build pages beyond a traditional theme layout
GOMAX Canvas provides a page-composition layer built from controlled layout primitives. A Canvas page can operate inside the active theme, or as a full Canvas page without the normal theme header and footer.
This is useful for pages such as landing pages, product presentations, campaign pages, application interfaces and custom AI-generated layouts.
The owner can decide whether the standard website header and footer should remain visible. Because the page is built from defined components, the AI does not need to invent an entire unsupported layout structure every time it receives a task.
Media Optimizer: prepare images for real website use
Generating an image is only one part of publishing it. Website media may also require resizing, compression, format conversion, thumbnail generation, metadata updates, alt text and frontend verification.
The Media Optimizer layer is intended to manage those practical steps. This helps prevent a common problem with AI-generated media: attractive images that are too large, poorly formatted or not correctly presented on the public website.
The media workflow can therefore cover more than creation. It can also prepare and verify the final asset for WordPress.
AI Brain: choose the intelligence behind GOMAX
GOMAX Ultimate is not permanently tied to one AI provider. The AI Brain layer allows the owner to configure a supported model provider, including local and cloud-based options. The interface currently includes connection paths for:
local Ollama,
local OpenAI-compatible servers such as LM Studio, llama.cpp or vLLM,
NVIDIA, Groq, OpenRouter, Together AI, OpenAI,
and custom OpenAI-compatible endpoints.
This gives the user control over privacy, model selection, infrastructure, response quality, speed and operating cost.
A business can use a hosted provider for convenience, a local model for privacy, or its own compatible endpoint. The AI Brain can support content creation, analysis, agent briefings and other intelligence-dependent tasks inside GOMAX. The tools and business operations remain in WordPress. The selected model provides the reasoning layer.
Mission Control: manage the website through goals
Mission Control provides a higher-level view of the website and its autonomous operator. Instead of presenting only technical logs, it brings together site-health scoring, active agent status, configured AI brains, business goals, recommended actions and recent operating cycles.
The system can highlight recommendations related to security, accessibility, link health, database maintenance, content freshness and website configuration.
Business goals can also be tracked inside the same environment. Examples may include publishing a target number of marketing articles, increasing captured leads, improving site health, or completing defined operational tasks.
This moves the website away from passive analytics. The system is not only reporting what happened. It can identify what should happen next.
Social Engagement: controlled relationship building
Publishing content is only one part of social media. The Social Engagement module supports actions around ongoing interactions, particularly on connected open social platforms. Depending on the enabled settings, GOMAX may:
detect engagement,
follow back selected accounts,
like a recent post,
prepare reply drafts,
create thank-you messages,
and apply daily action limits.
Importantly, responses and private messages can remain behind manual approval. The AI may prepare a draft, but the owner decides whether it should be sent.
This supports automation without forcing the brand into uncontrolled auto-replies. Daily limits and delayed unfollow rules can also reduce repetitive or aggressive activity.
User Guide: documentation inside the product
A system with this many capabilities requires documentation that develops with the product. The built-in User Guide provides a central place for instructions about setup, connections, agents, permissions, workflows, publishing, models and individual GOMAX modules.
Because GOMAX Ultimate continues to receive new capabilities, the documentation must evolve with the active version rather than describing an older static release.
The main command dashboard
The top dashboard provides a second control layer for the most important operating systems.
Dashboard and Plugin Intelligence
The Dashboard displays the current operating state. In the build shown in the interface, it reports 1,237 enabled actions, 613 write actions and 73 destructive actions. These values describe the currently available schema and may continue changing as the plugin develops.
Plugin Intelligence detects installed plugins and maps supported ones to dedicated adapter areas. Examples shown as GPT-ready include Elementor, WooCommerce, WPForms, Yoast SEO and the GOMAX native AI layer.
Plugins without a dedicated adapter can remain in a limited discovery state rather than automatically receiving full operational access. This helps separate known supported capabilities, read-only discovery, and potentially higher-risk integrations.
Builder
The Builder allows native GOMAX chatbots and forms to be created directly inside WordPress. Chatbot settings can include identity, visibility, greeting, launcher behaviour, model, response settings, system instructions and allowed tools.
Forms can include multiple fields, required-field rules, multi-step behaviour, notifications, AI follow-up instructions and frontend presentation settings. A form submission can also be mapped to a WooCommerce order with selected product and customer fields. This allows WordPress forms, AI responses and commerce operations to work inside the same platform.
AI App
The AI App area provides a native workspace for reusable prompts, assistant profiles, model presets, visual themes and Playground testing. Instead of repeatedly rebuilding the same assistant configuration, the owner can create reusable assets.
An assistant can receive a specific identity, system instructions, starter prompts, linked prompt assets, a selected model preset and a visual theme. The Playground can then test those elements through the configured AI Runtime.
Site Agent
The Site Agent is the autonomous monitoring layer. It can run on a schedule, inspect the website and return findings. In the interface shown, the agent reports a health score of 92/100, active local traffic tracking, nine detected AI engines reading the site, 996 AI-engine visits during the displayed 30-day period, and 50 articles remaining in the publishing queue.
The owner can run the agent manually or enable autonomous execution of permitted safe tasks. The important distinction is that the Site Agent does not automatically bypass normal permissions. Recommended actions still pass through the configured capability and safety layers.
Workflows
Workflows provide trigger-based multi-step automation. A workflow may begin when an order is completed, a lead is created, or a schedule is reached. It can then perform a sequence containing actions, conditions, delays, notifications, AI-generated content and approval gates.
The interface records completed, failed and approval-pending runs. An awaiting_approval state prevents the workflow from continuing until an authorised person selects Approve & continue. This is the practical human-in-the-loop layer for multi-step automation.
Agent Passport
Agent Passport controls external AI access to public agent-facing endpoints. It can apply policies to recognised services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Apple Intelligence, Amazon, Common Crawl, and other agents or unknown bots.
Each agent can receive an allow, block or rate-limit policy, an hourly request allowance and logged decision handling. Trusted partner agents may also receive a passport. The enforcement system separates human visitors from agent access rules. It is intended to control machine traffic without placing ordinary website visitors behind the same restrictions.
Publisher
The Publisher manages the article queue. The owner can enable or disable automatic publishing, create a new article, publish the next queued article immediately, define the publishing interval, select a category, and use the configured AI Runtime to create a draft.
The current screen shows an active schedule that publishes one article every day. Published topics include autonomous WordPress agents, Agentic Commerce, agent-ready websites, Custom GPT integration, privacy-first analytics, WordPress workflows, website personalisation, voice assistants, AI access control, WooCommerce automation and AI-powered Elementor editing.
The Publisher is not only a text generator. It manages the publishing lifecycle: create a draft, place it in the queue, review or schedule it, publish it at the configured time, and make it available for connected distribution workflows.
Leads and CRM
The local Leads and CRM area brings captured contacts into WordPress. Lead records may originate from forms, chatbots, voice interactions, WooCommerce or other connected website activity.
The system can store contact details, source, message, score, status, revenue and date. This allows the AI operator to understand not only website content, but also which visitors contacted the business and how those interactions progressed.
Tool Access, Audit Log and License
Tool Access defines what the connected AI may do. Audit Log records operational activity and outcomes. License manages access to the installed GOMAX Ultimate product.
These modules provide the administrative foundation behind the visible agents and automations. Without the permission and audit layers, an autonomous system would simply be uncontrolled access. GOMAX is designed around the opposite principle: expose useful capabilities while keeping their use selectable, observable and revocable.
The human does not need to operate 1,237 actions manually
The large action count is not intended to create a dashboard where the website owner must manually understand every endpoint. The capability map is primarily for the connected AI.
The human defines the goal, the connected intelligence, the permission level, the approval policy, and the final decision. The AI reads the available tools, follows its operating instructions and selects the actions needed to complete the task.
This creates a different relationship with WordPress. Instead of learning where every setting is located, the owner can communicate the required outcome and supervise execution. For higher-risk operations, the system can stop and request approval. For routine permitted actions, it can continue automatically.
More than an AI writing plugin
GOMAX Ultimate includes content generation, but content generation is only one part of the system. Its broader purpose is to connect artificial intelligence, WordPress operations, WooCommerce, website building, business knowledge, CRM, publishing, social distribution, safety controls and autonomous monitoring.
The result is not a chatbot sitting beside WordPress. It is an operating layer living inside WordPress. The website becomes capable of observing its own state, preparing work, running approved processes and presenting decisions to its owner.
That is the core idea behind GOMAX Ultimate: the human sets the direction, the AI performs the work, and WordPress remains the controlled system.
