Most products don’t fail because marketing is bad.
They fail because marketing starts too early.
I’ve seen founders launch ads before answering the basics:
What problem are we really solving?
Who is this actually for?
Why should anyone care?
The product works.
The UI looks clean.
But the message is unclear.
So traffic comes in… and leaves.
Marketing doesn’t fix unclear thinking.
It just exposes the gaps faster.
Before growth hacks and ad spend:
Get your positioning right
Explain the value in plain language
Build one clear path for users
Strong fundamentals + patience
will always beat rushing to “growth.”
