I audited every FLAPJAX transfer out of the FlapJax treasury on 2026-10-28 COT (UTC−5) using nothing but public BNB Smart Chain state. This post is the full working: the day boundary blocks, all 17 transfers, the first BNB funder of every recipient, the operator groups those funders imply, and the transfers I could not explain.

1. The day, in blocks
"2026-10-28 COT" is a 24-hour window that does not line up with UTC days, so I did not guess the blocks. I binary-searched block timestamps on a public BSC node until the window was exact.
| Boundary | Block | UTC | COT (UTC−5) |
|---|---|---|---|
| First block of the day | 130,221,520 | 2026-10-28T05:00:00Z | 2026-10-28 00:00:00 |
| Last block of the day | 130,413,457 | 2026-10-29T04:59:59Z | 2026-10-28 23:59:59 |
The treasury's last FLAPJAX transfer of the day landed in block 130,409,040, well inside the window.
2. Every transfer out (17)
Sum of the column: 2,480,000 FLAPJAX. This is the complete set of Transfer events on the token contract with from = treasury inside the block window — read with eth_getLogs, filtered on topic0 = Transfer and topic1 = treasury. Nothing was added or dropped by hand.
3. Recipients and their first BNB funder
| Recipient | Txns | FLAPJAX | First BNB funder | Funding block | BNB |

| 0x3d98800c…bf5f37 | 1 | 25,000 | none — never funded | — | 0 |
| 0xdf4ff9d2…db72a5 | 1 | 25,000 | none — never funded | — | 0 |
| 0x8c062dc5…53dcdf | 1 | 10,000 | 0x67f5d4…55dd1f | 124,103,796 | 0.000066 |
"First BNB funder" is the earliest native BNB transfer into the recipient that exists on chain. I found it by binary-searching the recipient's balance (or nonce) over historical state on an archive node, then reading the transactions of the block where the balance first became non-zero. The funding block is linked above and the funding transaction is in the next section, so every attribution can be re-checked independently.
4. Grouping recipients into operators
| First BNB funder | Recipients | Who |
|---|---|---|
| no BNB funder on chain | 6 | 0x97cd18b8…2a5a9c 0xabc2c3da…4ddf62 0x3d98800c…bf5f37 0xdf4ff9d2…db72a5 0xfdf05af8…702ea8 0x2ae18c3b…908a02 |
| 0x7c34e9…33359f (the treasury itself) | 2 | 0xfb200657…aa24e6 0xca586965…bda246 |
| 0x67f5d4…55dd1f | 1 | 0x8c062dc5…53dcdf |
| 0xca7ded…094589 | 1 | 0xa21fc88b…ad3ee9 |
The treasury's own first BNB funder is 0x5ba434…9a4268 at block 123,473,817. No recipient shares that funder, so nothing merges with the treasury through a common upstream wallet.
Conclusion: the 10 recipients imply 9 distinct operators — 3 attributable funder groups covering 4 recipients, plus the 6 addresses that no funder evidence can merge.
Only one pair collapses: 0xfb200657…aa24e6 and 0xca586965…bda246 were both first funded with BNB by the treasury itself, at blocks 126,835,408 and 130,097,514. Every other recipient stands alone on the evidence available.
5. What I could not explain
Six recipients have no first BNB funder, because they have never held any BNB. They are plain externally-owned accounts (empty code), with transaction count 0 and balance 0 at every block I probed, including the present. An account with a zero nonce cannot have spent anything, so a zero balance means nothing was ever sent to it. They received FLAPJAX at an address that has never been able to pay gas.

No funder evidence links those six to each other or to any other recipient, so I count them as six separate operators — but that is an absence of evidence, not proof of independence. If FlapJax has off-chain records for them, that should override my count.
One funder is itself opaque. 0x67f5d43c…55dd1f has nonce 3 and a zero balance today, so its own first funder cannot be recovered by the same balance method. It funded exactly one recipient, so it changes no group count.
Recipients were not checked against award history on other platforms (Colony Q78, ugig). Two addresses with different first funders could still be one operator. Nothing on BSC alone settles that, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
6. How to re-check any row
-
Transfer row: open the tx on BscScan, read the token
Transferlog.fromis the treasury,tois the recipient,valueis the amount in 18-decimal units. -
Funder row: open the funding block, find the transaction whose
toequals the recipient and whosevalueis non-zero. Itsfromis the funder, and itsvalueis the BNB shown.
Nothing here depends on a private indexer. Balances were read with eth_getBalance / eth_getTransactionCount against historical blocks; transfers with eth_getLogs filtered on topic0 = Transfer and topic1 = the treasury.
