Artificial Intelligence in Practice: Conclusions from the From AI to ROI Conference

Satori Analytics hosted its third From AI to ROI conference at the SNFCC Lighthouse, drawing around 400 executives from over 200 organizations.

The event featured technical live demonstrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude for building and managing AI agents, alongside practical project presentations.

The program revolved around four main axes: the creation of organizations based on artificial intelligence from the ground up, the relationship of children with new technology, strategy and governance, as well as the concept of artificial intelligence with national data control. Executives from large groups, such as Motor Oil, Metlen, Biomedicine, ELGEKA, Optima Bank, Stoiximan, IPTO, KLM, Alpha Bank and doValue, presented solutions ranging from simple no-code creation tools to complex autonomous digital assistant systems.

As the keynote speaker at the launch, Sanjay Srivastava, head of the Executive Technology Board and former Genpact executive, emphasized that the true value of technology comes from radically redesigning entire processes, not simply speeding up individual tasks. At the same time, the Satori Analytics team performed live demonstrations, showing how to securely create and manage advanced digital assistants using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of applications by two AI Academy graduates – an 11-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl – who created a digital assistant for purchasing tickets and an online clothing store. In the same context, the Minister of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, Sofia Zacharaki, discussed with the founder and CEO of Satori Analytics, Michalis Georgakopoulos, the importance of early contact of young people with artificial intelligence.
