Mark Wahlberg is launching Municipal Gym, a new fitness venture combining traditional training with integrated health diagnostics like blood testing and genetic screening.
The first 32,000-square-foot facility opens this December near Las Vegas, exploring a lower-cost model for wellness services.
Wahlberg will open the first gym of his new chain outside Las Vegas in December. The 32.000-square-foot space will offer services like blood tests, genetic testing, rehabilitation equipment, compression therapy and ice baths. He aims to offer an affordable alternative to expensive longevity companies that charge tens of thousands of dollars a year, making the services accessible to a much wider audience.
The new venture is tied to the clothing brand Municipal, which was originally launched during the pandemic. The idea is based on the actor's vision for a holistic lifestyle that combines exercise and wellness.
According to the announced plans, for an indicative fee of $99, members will be able to receive three rounds of blood tests and professional medical guidance.
