Withings introduces subscription fees for new users syncing health data to third-party platforms like Apple Health and Google Health Connect, effective for accounts created after October 13, 2026.
Existing users are unaffected, while new accounts require a Withings+ subscription to enable external integrations.
Who is affected?
The charge applies to those who created a Withings account from October 13, 2026 onwards. Those who already had an account before this date are not affected and can continue to sync their data at no additional charge.
How much does the subscription cost?
For new users, syncing with apps like Apple Health, Google Health Connect, MyFitnessPal, and Samsung Health requires a Withings+ subscription. It costs $9,95 per month or $99,50 per year.
Membership also includes access to clinicians and specialist health indicators.
