I have a page with table borders on it. When I go to print the page, the borders don't show up.

This is because "Print Background Graphics" option is not enabled by default in Chrome. If I turn this on, the borders appear in the print preview and print OK.
Is there a way in the body of the html to include a command to turn on the option to Print Background Graphics?
