1. 🪷 Expanded Buddhist & Khmer Lunar Observances

Buddhist Lent Ceremonies: Added Candle Making Day (ពិធីសិតទៀន), Dragon Monk Ordination (បំបួសនាគខ្នាន), and Lent Entry (ចូលព្រះវស្សា).
Dynamic Waning Observances: Accurate waning Kaor day (ថ្ងៃកោរ) and end-of-month Sil day (ថ្ងៃសីល ដាច់ខែ) calculated for 29 vs 30-day lunar months.
Pchum Ben Closing Day: Added the final transition day (ថ្ងៃឆ្លងភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ).
