I got tired of scraping Telegram proxy channels manually only to find half the links already dead. So I wrote a simple scraper that does the boring work for me -- pulls MTProto proxies from public channels, pings each one to check if it's actually alive and supports fake-tls, then dumps the working ones into a plain text web list. No dashboard, no fluff, just a refreshing list that updates on a cron job. Now I just curl the page or use the raw file when I need a working proxy. The code is dirty but it works. You can grab it or just use the list at https://github.com/Yagami200/free-mtproto-proxies.
