I kept losing connection every 10 minutes because the proxies I manually copied from Telegram channels were already dead. The issue is most published proxies aren't tested -- people dump them and they don't work.

I built a scraper that watches public Telegram channels for new proxy links, then tests each one with real fake-TLS handshake before publishing. Hourly batch. Only proxies that survive the test make it into the list.

The output is just a plain txt file with valid MTProto proxy lines. No api keys needed, no telegram account required. Pull it anytime from the GitHub repo: https://github.com/Yagami200/free-mtproto-proxies

Haven't had a dead proxy in the config since I hooked it into my cron.
