I was getting tired of manually copy-pasting MTProto proxies from Telegram channels only to find half of them dead on arrival. So I set up this scraper to do the boring work.
It runs on a cron job, scrapes public Telegram channels for proxy links, tests each one with fake-TLS support, and publishes only the working ones. The output updates hourly in a plain text file and a web listing.
