I've been running a Telegram bot that needs proxy fallbacks, but every time I tried to find fresh MTProto proxies, I ended up manually checking random Telegram channels. Most links from forums were dead within hours.
So I wrote a scraper that pulls from public Telegram channels automatically, tests each proxy with fake-TLS support, and publishes the working ones. It runs hourly, catches expired ones fast. Been running it for a few weeks now -- saves me from copy-pasting dead links.
