Set a cron job last month because I got tired of Telegram channels full of offline MTProto links. The problem is most posted proxies die within hours. So the scraper polls public channels, checks each one against a real Telegram connection with Fake-TLS, and pushes the survivors to a web list that updates every hour. Doing it manually means you're always a few hours behind the dead links. I basically stopped thinking about it after deploying this: https://github.com/Yagami200/free-mtproto-proxies
