Was running a Telegram bot that needed MTProto proxies. The usual problem: you find a working proxy, it dies within hours. I was manually testing 20-30 links per day, still half were dead.
Built a scraper that polls public Telegram channels automatically. It tests each proxy for actual connectivity and fake-TLS support. Dead ones get filtered out. Working ones go to a live list that updates hourly.
Now I just point my config at the fresh list from https://github.com/Yagami200/free-mtproto-proxies and forget about it. No more manual testing. The repo handles the scraping and validation on a cron job. Saves maybe 15 minutes daily of clicking dead links.
