We are human programmers, we are not superman that every programming language or framework structure we will remember and recognize it. Like you are a Javascript developer right now. You wrote code in PHP 3 years ago. But you need to write code in PHP today. What you will do? probably you will go on youtube or buy tutorials?! That will be a big mistake and a time killer for you. I like video tutorials but the problem is you will remember less than reading in a book or website.
