A paid app listing is not a working product.

For Hermes Mobile and the ThumbGate web control plane, the real funnel is:

1) Install the phone client (or open the web dashboard)
2) Pair a computer that runs your Hermes gateway
3) Complete first chat
4) Approve or deny a risky tool call before it runs (when entitlement allows)

Remote access is not magic. You may need home Wi-Fi, Tailscale, a tunnel, or a relay. I will not claim universal connectivity.

Enterprise pre-exec governance (independent product, not a Hermes integration): Oak & Sparrow Systems Gatekeeper publishes GREEN / YELLOW / RED before an AI action runs, with a sealed record. Same clock as phone HITL for coding agents: decide before execute.
