Creating a video with AI can start in two ways: describe a scene in text, or upload an image and animate it. Image-to-video usually gives beginners more control because the composition and character are already defined.
Step 1: Plan one short scene
Do not begin with an entire movie. Describe 5–10 seconds of action: “A woman walks along an evening waterfront, the wind gently moves her hair, and the camera slowly pushes in.”
Step 2: Choose a clean source image
For image-to-video, use a sharp picture without unnecessary details. If a person is in the frame, their face and hands should be clearly visible. For product ads, leave some open space around the object.
Step 3: Describe movement separately
Specify the motion of the subject, surrounding objects, and camera. For example: “The cup remains still, steam rises slowly, and the camera moves smoothly from left to right.”
