Thanks, this is all great advice! (Especially as I'm searching for that first dev job here in Seattle.) Not talking through my solution enough was one of the things that sunk my last interview--definitely gonna use what you wrote next time around! :)
It's weird right. You think, how hard can it be to talk through a solution. But there is a difference between thinking things in your head and communicating them to interviewers. Plus, add in stress and it is just really hard to get words out. Good luck on your next round!!
