The XLINK Injection Molding Gateway is a dedicated data acquisition gateway for injection molding machines. It is designed to solve the current pain points of data collection from injection molding equipment: numerous brands, machines without interfaces, non-uniform protocols, and difficult wired network installation. It helps customers quickly and conveniently collect injection molding machine data.
XLINK provides a unified protocol. Applications only need to interface once, and customers can then freely choose any device already adapted by XLINK. It supports Wi-Fi and 4G, facilitating installation and enabling remote maintenance.

Data Transmission Interfaces
Uses MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and HTTP protocols to interface with MES.
MQTT pushes data via 5 topics: real-time data every 20 seconds; process, alarms, logs, and operating mode changes are pushed upon change.

Variable Mapping
The gateway provides a standard, unified protocol and also supports variable mapping, making it easy to integrate with existing systems.
