Need to change the start_time from ffmpeg from TS file

Hello, everyone!

I am generating the mpgets files (TS) files with mpegtsmux in GStreamer. It's working well for generating TS files but when I inspect the result TS files, they are not start from 0. Start time property starts from 3600 second. I tried change it as 0 but can't find the solution yet. Anyone faced this problems or know about how to fix this issue, please let me know.
