Otherwise, I really enjoyed the GraphQL documentary - its on YouTube and gives a nice background on how GQL came to be. For technical resources, I'd say stick to the docs. The Apollo docs are great, but I'd stick to the GraphQL docs for the basics. I'm going to post a longer list of resources soon, so I'll tag you in it when I do :)
