I built a great little api that allows a developer to convert their html to pdf. that was the satisfying part of this experience. Finding a good billing platform was the most difficult and frustrating.
I started with a local option here in South Africa and then quickly realized they don't have great support for multiple currencies - 3 days later I was using another platform, an "MOR" Merchant of Record, Wow what drain, it took me 3 weeks to get everything setup and then all the technical issues came up - 404 errors when calling their api and more.
Finally a did intensive research and found a platform that worked, in a matter of 2 hours I was up and running. Its always better to spend the time researching and reading authentic customer reviews before making a decision like this. Any way I thought some of you in the forum would have the same experience.
That being said the app I built is really interesting it converts your html to pdf completely in my servers RAM, leaving no trace of the document on any hard drives. let me know where you think this could be used for privacy, especially for sensitive docs that need processing like this.

You should try giving Dodo Payments billing a shot, could have saved you weeks
You know I eventually went with Paddle - they are a Merchant of record, I literally completed the setup in about 2 hours - everything from product setups testing and api integration. it was so much better. its up and running now, so I hope to see some traction there now. thanks for the recommendation much appreciated.
